Document Attestation at the Embassy of Turkmenistan
The Embassy of Turkmenistan in the United Arab Emirates provides attestation services for documents that have been previously authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UAE (MOFAIC).
• Appointment Required:
All applicants must schedule an appointment in advance. Walk-in requests without a prior appointment will not be accepted.
• Document Preview via Email:
When requesting an appointment, applicants are required to send scanned copies of the relevant documents to the Embassy's email address: tkmemb@emirates.net.ae. This allows for a preliminary review and, if necessary, further guidance from the Embassy.
Applicants must bring the following to their appointment:
Original document(s) with UAE MOFA attestation;
One clear photocopy of each original document;
For companies or organizations:
A signed authorization letter on official company letterhead addressed to the Embassy, authorizing a representative to submit the documents;
The original and a copy of the authorized person’s passport and Emirates ID.
Note: Documents must be submitted within three (3) months from the date of UAE MOFA attestation.
Standard processing time is up to three (3) working days from the date of submission (excluding the day of submission). In some cases, processing may take longer depending on the nature of the documents or additional verification requirements.
The Embassy reserves the right to decline attestation of any document that:
