262 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
In foreign currency, businessmen from the UAE, Malta, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and Great Britain bought diesel fuel, aviation and illuminating kerosene, liquefied gas, ECO-93 gasoline (Turkmengaz State Concern), hydrotreated diesel fuel produced at the Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex. Businessmen from Turkey made deals for purchasing carbamide (Turkmensenagat Export-Import JSC).
Deals in foreign currency also included dyed terry products, cotton yarn, cotton fabric, and handmade carpets. They were concluded by traders from Russia, the UAE, Malta, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and others. The sum total of the transactions was over US $56,000, 000.
In local currency, entrepreneurs from Scotland, the UAE, the Virgin Islands, Armenia and Turkey purchased cotton yarn. Saraji sheep wool products were sold to local businessmen. The sum total of the deals exceeded 29, 352, 000 manats.
For the domestic market, local businessmen bought motor oil and base oil, produced at the Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex, high-density polyethylene and polypropylene (Turkmengaz State Concern), handmade carpets, and ginned cotton. The sum total of the transactions exceeded 193, 146, 000 manats.
