AN EXHIBITION DEDICATED TO THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PERMANENT NEUTRALITY OF TURKMENISTAN BEGAN ITS WORK IN GENEVA

On December 7, 2020, on the eve of the 25th anniversary of the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan, the Permanent Mission of Turkmenistan to the UN Office at Geneva organized in the main building of the UN an open for visiting exhibition, dedicated to the anniversary of the Neutrality of Turkmenistan and the International Day of Neutrality.

The exhibition displays books of the esteemed President of Turkmenistan, photographs demonstrating the economic achievements and development of our country in social terms over 25 years of the neutral status of Turkmenistan, Turkmen carpets, which are the work of traditional Turkmen carpet weaving art and included in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List, as well as national jewelry that is the historical heritage of Turkmenistan.

The exhibition is housed in the foyer of the Assembly Hall of the United Nations Office at Geneva. It is planned to visit this exhibition by UN staff and experts, as well as representatives of international organizations and diplomatic missions accredited in Geneva.

The exhibition dedicated to the anniversary of the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan and the International Day of Neutrality will continue its work until December 14, 2020.
