AN EXHIBITION WAS ORGANIZED IN ISLAMABAD IN HONOR OF THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PERMANENT NEUTRALITY OF TURKMENISTAN AND THE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF NEUTRALITY

On December 4, 2020, the opening ceremony of the photo exhibition entitled “Art for Neutrality and Peace” was held at the Marriott Hotel in Islamabad, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan, the 75th anniversary of the United Nations and the International Day of Neutrality.

The exhibition was organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in cooperation with the “Naqashee Art” Gallery of the city of Islamabad.

The event was attended by the heads and staff of several diplomatic missions in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, as well as representatives of the local media.

The exhibition featured photographs reflecting great achievements, rich history, traditions of Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan.

The guest of honor of the event - UN Resident Coordinator in Pakistan Julien Harneis and other participants of the exhibition highly appreciated the policy of positive Neutrality of Turkmenistan, photographs including information about the country.

The exhibition will continue its work until December 18. This will create an opportunity for the citizens of Pakistan to get acquainted with the policy of Neutrality, rich history, traditions and achievements of Turkmenistan.
