Wishing to keep and strengthening friendly relations between our countries, I have made a decision to appoint MR. Luciano Galli as an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Italy to Turkmenistan.
His high personal characteristics make me confident that he would gain the respect and trust of Your Excellency.
