TURKMEN MEDICS HAVE WEBINARS WITH COLLEAGUES FROM ISRAEL AND REPUBLIC OF KOREA
International Scientific and Training Centre of the Ministry of Health Protection and Medical Industry held working video conference session of specialists of health protection facilities of the State of Israel and Turkmenistan.
Perspectives of cooperation in medical sphere, systematic work for prevention of diseases have been discussed during online meeting.
Israel medics gave high appraisal to achievements of modern Turkmenistan, in particular to systematic work for prevention of diseases.
It was mentioned that award of number of international certificates for elimination of different diseases to Turkmenistan as well as absence of COVID-19 virus infection are the recognition of success of effective measures. In this regard, importance of similar distant meetings for exchange of practice and information on the methods of prevention and treatment of dangerous infectious disease has been highlighted.

International Scientific and Training Centre of the Ministry of Health Protection and Medical Industry also hosted video conference session with medical scientists and specialists of Kyungpook National University, Tegu (The Republic of Korea).
The sides highlighted importance of establishment of close contacts between scientific and educational centres and medical facilities of two countries and exchange of practice in health protection of population, prevention and treatment of infectious and non-infectious diseases.
In this regard, Korean specialists highly appreciated measures for combating against dangerous coronavirus, which is spread all over the world, and initiatives proposed by Turkmen leader for establishment of international council of medical scientists and active involvement of mechanisms of scientific diplomacy.
