THE LEADER OF THE NATION HOLDS SESSION OF THE STATE SECURITY COUNCIL AND OPENS PROFILE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took part in the opening ceremony of cottage complex in Choganly residential estate in the north of the capital.
Prior to the ceremony, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commnader of the Armed Forces of the country Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held offsite session of the State Security Council in Ministry of Interior, having noted the importance of objectives of the military and law enforcement agencies.
During the session, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Secretary of the State Security Council Ch. Amanov has reported on large-scale works carried out by the security structures.
The vice-premier has also reported on the readiness of opening of new residential houses for personnel of the Ministry of Interior, which have been built in Choganly residential estate of Ashgabat.
In addition, it was reported that taking into account selfless and outstanding work of Myalikgyly Berdimuhamedov in the structures of the Ministry of Interior of Turkmenistan, his special merits in education of youth in the spirit of the loyalty to the Motherland as well as his big authority gained by his high moral features and based on the request of the residents of residential complex in Choganly, Bagtiyarlyk District, Ashgaabt, personnel of the Ministry of Interior and application of the Ministry, the Mejlis has adopted the Resolution on naming of the residential complex after the honored veteran of the Ministry of Interior Myalikgyly Berdimuhamedov.
Having addressed Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on behalf of the personnel of military and law enforcement agencies to bless and open Myalikgyly Berdimuhamedov residential complex of the Ministry of Interior, which is opened on occasion of the 25th anniversary of neutrality of the Motherland.
Having listened to the report, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country noted that independent neutral Turkmenistan would continue implementing the policy of peace, good neighborliness and wide constructive cooperation with foreign countries and competent international organizations, which meet common interests.
Further, addressing the heads of military and law enforcement agencies, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has noted that brave defenders of the Motherland are deserving successors of heroic school of brave ancestors in the epoch of might and happiness. They are entrusted with important and responsible mission to defend the Motherland, peaceful life of people and destiny of the country.
Today, we open residential complex of the Ministry of Interior named after Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov, which construction is a regular evidence of permanent care of the state of service and life of personnel of military and law enforcement agencies. Successfully implementing the Military doctrine of independent neutral Turkmenistan, which has defensive character, we would continue working in this direction.
Speaking of this, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has noted that the state would continue paying special attention to strengthening of equipment and facility base of the security forces, provision of happy and wealthy life of military personnel and their families.
Brave Turkmen people has rich, glorious, historical and military heritage, which comes from the past centuries and is our national pride. It means that to become deserving successor of glorious traditions of the ancestors is a sacred duty of every defender of the Motherland. It is a great honor for them. Defending of the Motherland has to become the main goal of life, a song of the soul, a heartbeat for Turkmen military personnel, the Head of the State noted.
The Motherland defenders have to stand guard of the victories of sacred independence, integrity of the borders of the country and happy life of native people.
You have to act as dedicated songs of the Motherland like Oguzkhan, Gyorogly Bek, Bayram Khan, Tagry Bek, Togrul Bek, Alp Arslanm Sultan Sanjar, Jelaleddin Menburdny as well as many other brave sons of Turkmen nation who left imperishable trace in the history, to take example of brave and courage, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country said. You have to make a deserving contribution to further prosperity of the Motherland, improvement of its international authority, strengthening of neutral legal status of the country.
Continuing glorious military traditions, which have been built for many centuries, our Armed Forces have turned to strong capable army in the epoch of might and happiness, - the Leader of the Nation noted. Therefore, education of growing generation in national traditions and in the spirit of patriotism based on example and practice of brave ancestors has to become a sacred duty of each defender of the Motherland.
Speaking of the 25th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that we meet this anniversary date in the atmosphere high spiritual raise achieving big success in all spheres of life the state. Current happy life and high achievements are closely connected to the neutrality of the Motherland.
The Leader of the nation made special mention that Turkmenistan is the only state that included the UN Resolution on permanent neutrality of the country to the Main Law. Today, the whole world accepts our Motherland as a peace-making center.
Initiatives and proposals of Turkmenistan indicating that we keep centuries-old traditions of our peaceful nation, which is committed to the principles of friendship and good neighborliness have received wide international support, the Head of the State highlighted.
Peaceful goals of neutral and legal status of Turkmenistan complies with the main principle of national military doctrine, which has defensive character, the main goals of which is to provide peace and prosperity not only in our country but around the world, support of universal security, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said.
The Leader of the Nation highlighted that being loyal to glorious traditions of the ancestors, the Motherland’s defenders have to love the Motherland more than life, to protect its sacred independence as an apple of an eye and to become a strong fortress for our sovereign state and native people.
These are the goals of the personnel of military and law enforcement agencies, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces noted, having expressed firm confidence that the security forces would fulfil all set objectives with honor.
Finishing the offsite session of the State Security Council, the President of Turkmenistan has wished strong health, family wealth and big success in fulfilment of their responsible mission for protection of peaceful, happy and wealthy life of the nation to all participants.
Further, the events of the day have moved to Chogangly estate, where new cottage complex has been built for personnel of the Ministry of Interior and its divisions and where heads of military and law enforcement agencies have gathered.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has cut symbolical ribbon near the arch and entered the territory of new estate. Bass relief with the picture of the veteran of Ministry of Interior Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov, after who the residential complex has been named, is installed on the building of the administration.
The national anthem, which gave special atmosphere to the ceremony, has been performed by joint music collective of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Defense.
The President of Turkmenistan has paid tribute to his father, honored veteran of the Ministry of Interior, Colonel Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov, which life and work are exemplary sample for younger generation of Turkmen warriors, who are brought up in the spirit of patriotism and dedicated services to the Motherland and native people.
After, Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has entered the administrative building, which functions include the management of new complex. It also has a museum dedicated to Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov with archive materials, copies of different documents, certificates of the state awards and military ranks and photos.
The exposition also has pictures of vehicles and motorized equipment, which was used by the father of the Leader of the Nation during his service in the Ministry of Interior.
Photos of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with his parents from the family archive and pictures about public activity of the father of the Head of the State are placed on separate display.
The poems of Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov are next on the displays. As is known, the childhood of Myalikguly aga has fallen on the years of war. He has started writing poems at the same time. His poems reflect his refined and responsive perception of surrounding world and close people. It is not occasional that poetic images created by him are valued ideals for modern generation and inspire the composers.
The collection of the exhibits includes books of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, including the books dedicated to national cultural heritage.
Having looked around the exposition, the Leader of the Nation gave advices to the heads of military and law enforcement agencies and left an entry in the Book of honored guests.
Having left the building, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov planted young tree in the yard of the administration as a symbol of succession of the generations.
White balloons with pictures of the State Flag of Turkmenistan and emblem of the 25th anniversary of neutrality of the country have been flying in the sky above Choganly on occasion of the ceremony.
Further, the Head of the State has started looking around the cottage complex. This estate has been added to existing complexes, which have been built in 2017 and 2019.
Construction of the buildings at the request of the Ministry of Interior is carried out by profile construction company. Each double-store cottage has five spacious rooms. The same like all modern buildings in our country, the cottages have been planned taking into account maximum comfort for the residents.
These spacious houses have all conditions for organization of family celebration events in traditions and customs of Turkmen people, reception of guests, organization of weddings and food donation ceremonies and other events. Features of traditional life and modern requirements of the tenants are taken into account during construction of such buildings. High-quality construction materials made of local natural resources have been used in construction of the cottages.
Upon the invitation of one of the tenant, inspector of the Police department of Kopetdag District, Ashgabat Rovshen Agayev, the Leader of the Nation has looked around his house and talked to the members of his family and presented them valuable gifts and wished wealth and happiness in new house.
On his way further, the President of Turkmenistan has looked around the exhibition of fruits, vegetables and food production, which are made at subsidiary farms of law enforcement agencies in all region of the country.
Having expressed sincere gratitude to the Leader of the Nation for big attention paid to improvement of military structures, the Heads of military and law enforcement agencies have assured that they would put all efforts for strict and timely fulfilment of objectives set by the Supreme Commander.
After inspection of the exhibition, Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has wished success in work to all participants and left the place of event.
